If you don't want to eat protein powder just buy icelandic skyr yoghurt it's 100kcal/18g protein. Mix with oatmilk for easier ingestion

2 eggs have a total of 10/12gr of protein, that mean that you have 57 grams of egg white, that is 570gr... I think there is some problem

I'm a type 1 diabetic as well and take about 160-200g of protein as well! However, I go for cheaper alternatives where possible. It does really help my health and lifestyle

I’m on a high protein diet. Made me feel a bit like I had the flu for a few days, then I felt amazing. I was also able to poop through the eye of a needle for a few days with a bad case of the skitters. Must have been my body reacting and adjusting to the new diet

Liver can only utilize 20-30g of protein. The rest ist recreted via the kidneys....give your liver some time. 2 hours should bei enough...
