Alongside from individual therapy, I researched everything I could find.
Read books.
Did several courses.
A lot of journaling.
Support group.
After a year of this I just burnt out. I started panic attacks and didnโt know where that was from so I continued.
It was hard to stop because I was doing great progress, plus I am an over achiever (could you tell? ๐

When my therapist told me I also need to live and itโs ok to have a break, it was so weird!!

I told my therapist that she constantly rushes me and after each session I feel worse. I heard that I demanded special treatment and that she had such working methods:/ I quit therapy with this lady and looked for another specialist who helped me.
