The people in this boat tied up the shark as you can see in this video there is a rope on the shark's tail. I watched it 5 times and there was a rope someone cut off the rope. The people inside this boat are lying and can't even focus the camera on this shark because there is a ropeeee! They do something to this shark intentionally trust me.

This wasn’t nearly as scary for the passengers as it was for that poor shark. Could you imagine this in reverse? You get trapped underwater on a sunken ship in an angle impossible to escape, which is full of aliens, and begin cutting at everything around you blindly as you slowly suffocate, injuring yourself in the process and getting nowhere, only to suddenly be flung back upwards, covered in blood with the inescapable rope that caught you still cinched around your leg. That must have been terrifying.
Also, why exactly were people filming instead of helping? At that angle, it was quite literally physically impossible for it to bite someone, and it would be difficult for it to hit them hard enough to knock them off the boat, either. I understand watching for a little bit to see if it could free itself without interference, but that wasn’t what there people were doing. There was zero danger aside from being bumped into in helping. For future reference, 2 people would have most likely been needed - walking around the other side of the deck, one strong one waiting until it tired itself out a little before carefully holding the fin down (wear gloves, long sleeves & pants!) and the other quickly cutting the rope completely away. Leaving the rope on its tail is dangerous for the animal. It will cause irritation and damage the scales and flesh there, in addition to potentially getting caught on things, messing up mating chances, and drawing a target on it when they struggle to evade shark fin poachers enough already.
Be careful and respect it as a part of nature and as a predator, obviously, but if something like this happens to you and you have no reason not to help other than fear, then help it. These apex predators are SO important to the health of our oceans, and their numbers, while on a slow incline now, still have a long way to go before they are where they should be.
They aren’t bloodthirsty beasts any more than any other apex predator. They aren’t out to get you. They are just living their lives, hunting when hungry and swimming around. Istg, Jaws caused so much harm to sharks and how people view them.

There is something here that I don’t understand. He jumped on the boat and THEN got tangled on the fishing line? He jumped and his face was towards the water?Like he had jumped and then slid over to that side of the boat? Either I do t know much about sharks and boats or this shark was taken out of the water by the fishermen
