Harvard university states that there are no known benefits of tracking glucose if you dont have diabetes. How cool would it be if our body could preduce a hormon that can regulate our bloodsugar without needing us to intervene? I think at sole point tracking stuff and measuring everything our body does becomes a hindering and not useful. Think nimsdai needed 20 monitors to tell him if his oxygen was good while hiking the 14 highest peaks in the world in 7 months? David goggings needed a force monitor while running 200 miles? Brandon Tucker needed a glucose monitor to tell him his lvls while doing his seventhousendst pull up that day?
I think at some point technology is hindering us at just getting after it. And I believe that measuring glucose as a healthy adult is one such thing. But to each their own :)

Post meal Glucose spike above 140 is pretty much normal. And i would say its healthy. Its just have to be below 200.
I mean if your glucose is not spiking beyond 140 even after a meal than my friend you have a problem.
And a recent study proves there is absolutely no benifit of tracking glucose in a healthy individuals.!
So yeah your diet looks absolutely healthy, so dont overdo stuffs and stick to basics as you were doing before.

I think technology is driving us in the wrong direction. Who says that the range limits are good or bad for you specifically (If you feel and preform good, perfect). Lastly after seeing the world agenda for CV19 I no longer wish to have any piece of technology track and thereby control my human existence.
That being said keep up the good content man I still love all your work.

Why is this not available in the US? As a person that has low insulin levels (but not elevated glucose), exercizes a lot and does not handle glucose spikes well this would be great to have to monitor my glucose before/during/after a long distance running session. Anyone know when this will be available in the US?

Eat fiber before every meal and snack, take in a teaspoon or two of vinegar with each meal and do some activity like a walk after each meal and you'll watch your glucose be more stable
