Iāve been keto for two years. I lost 75 pounds, and Iām no longer on CPAP machine or high blood pressure medication.
1. Leafy greens are keto. I try to eat one leafy green salad a day. It is perfectly keto.
2. All processed food is unhealthy, whether itās vegan, or keto, itās unhealthy. You have to eat Whole Foods to be healthy.

For me the only diet that works for me and is sustainable is not exactly keto, but as close to zero carb as possible. I think my metabolism was broken by years of carb bingeing but I cannot eat low carb-no control over cravings- but zero carb eliminates cravings, 'hangry' etc. and I feel great. Just about any processed 'keto friendly' food I have seen has carbs and also tons of seed oils and preservatives, so I stick to single ingredient, cook at home type stuff.

Iāve done a few versions of low carb and ketoā¦. And the version of keto where I attempted to recreate all my carb-binge foods, but sugar free kept me heavier than when I went stupid simple: meat, eggs, cultured dairy, berries, non starchy veg and still occasionally indulged in a spicy noodle dish, or an amazing pastry.
