I’d love to see a follow-up of these tortillas with beef and cheese (or any burrito combo)!

Try the Mission brand Carb Balance whole wheat tortillas. The small size has 13g of carbs but it has 12g of Fiber.

I love your videos! Can you try adding something with the tortilla? Like meats, cheese, and lettuce like as if a taco? I would assume that may help the spike but I could be wrong. Thanks

Please can you test Corn Tortillas with meat and pico de gallo or guacamole to see if the spike is lower.

You ate that cold? I marvel at how neutral you are about eating something that I couldn’t even take a bite of. Interesting to see your spikes. I love these videos.

L-cyestine sources are goose and duck feathers, human hair, swine bristles and or hooves. Looks good.

Thanks for these videos. They are great. Have you considered doing one where you eat a carbohydrate heavy food (which has proven to spike your blood sugar in a previous video) but this time go for a walk or to the gym shortly after eating to see how much less the spike is when you excercise after eating?
