Not vaping, but my brother do occasionally and is in the process to stop by decreasing the nicotine a little at a time
He explained to me that if you take quality reputable brands, then the worse chemical in them is the nicotine
Did those studies you talk about try and identify which chemicals in the vapes does create those side-effects that weren't caused by the nicotine?

So Vaping is safer than smoking cigarettes? Why didn't you just say so? Instead you explain the ways vaping is bad compared to someone who doesn't smoke? I thought you compared it to cigarette smokers to make a point, not switch the comparative line to nonsmokers. Also, this only applies to nicotine vapes, it has nothing to do with THC vapes.

Whenever someone tells you vaping is bad, they list the most vague and indirect downsides and potential health risks. Can someone come out and say "Listen, it's not as bad as smoking, but it has these negative side effects:. Don't tell me what it CAN do, don't tell me what you DON'T know, tell me what it DOES.

What too few people realize is that you don't have to - and Shouldn't inhale it. You should puff on it like a cigar. Pull the vapor into your mouth so you get the flavor. The nicotine will absorb through the mucous membrane in your mouth. This way, you get the flavor and the nic, without involving your lungs. m
