Exactly. I exercise every morning, sometimes in the afternoon or evening. If I don't my mind gets glitchy and I can't function competently throughout the day. Sleep is also key with me.

💯I have to go to the gym every single day even if it’s for 10 mins this is the only way I can be consistent. 2-3 days per week forget it. A strict bedtime is important too. I naturally want to stay up and sleep in
