Something to note, except for tsc and blue, the faces given to yellow, red and green is tsc's belief of how they would look like. Hence these may not be exactly canon. Tsc was just given a normal face since Alan thinks he's just a chill and regular dude. And blue's face was just a small joke.
Also, these points are further confirmed in the short 'More faces' where tsc draws new faces for everyone again including King orange and purple
