It was just as hard to stop vaping as it was for me to stop cigarettes. It was harder on my lungs to vape forsure.

Yeah but e cigs dont have literal rat poison in them. Theyre better than regular cigarettes in almost every way, except that well... theyre not as repulsive and poisonous, so theyre more approachable.

My wife quit smoking for me, before we got married, by switching to non stinking vape. Id like her to quit...but 15 yrs later...nope.

I quit reg cigs and it’s hard but manageable… then, I decided I wasn’t ready to completely give up nicotine and I went to vaping.. and omg the cravings were nearly unbearable. It took me a year to stop craving. And, 2 yrs later I still have bouts of craving.
