Ooo! I need to read this. I was drinking maca and dark chocolate pretty regularly (just 4 days in a row)- I finished my supply from Maya Moon Collective though bc on the last day I drank 2 huge cups and realized I was totally addicted. I think i just need more meat protein in my diet but will most definitely read up on this. Appreciate you!
