this was me whenever i ran teemo in the pbe. the enemy bug abused, i played teemo riot intended. 1 shot the abusers with shrooms and out damaged them, carried my team. and im not even a good player

Stop acting like you aren't playing in a BETA ENVIRONMENT. That's not Season 14. That's the BETA TEST for Season 14. The environment exists specifically to discover bugs and fine tune balancing. Surely you haven't already forgotten what 2v2v2v2 arena was like on PBE?
