Do you learn more from victory or from losing? From victory or from failure?
it depends...

on your level of commitment.
Uncommitted, you don't really learn from either
Committed you learn from both.

It is commitment that really matters.

Thanks Pep Mari.

We always hear those around us telling us to focus on winning. I think the most important lesson that we must learn is, it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, the journey is what should matter. Thanks for another great video!

I can’t quantify my level of commitment. But as a growing young man, I’ve learnt a lot more from my “failures” than my “winnings”. This is because when I win I only get reaffirmation and self validation of my methods. But the failures expose me to more dynamic and different ways of doing things. It gives me lots of experience, lessons and alternatives(workable, fixable and or unworkable). Thanks for sharing.

Although losing could push you to try harder, I think its good to win from time to time. It gives you the boost to keep moving forward. As for learning, ultimately its really about the rewards you get at the end of it.

I wouldn't necessarily say winning and losing are at opposite poles anyway. You can win without being perfect and you can lose without failing completely. But I would say that it's mainly by making mistakes that you learn.

One should ask: Why did I win? Why did I lose? Did I win because I was so good (training, commitment, knowledge) or I did win because the situation/competitor did not require much effort to overcome.
