Eat this “invasive” plant and give back to Earth with every bite!
Over the last month I have foraged nearly 100 different foods from the land!
One of my current staples is autumn berries (also called autumn olive).
This is an “invasive plant” full of nutrients, including omega 3 in the seeds.
I eat the seeds so this plant can’t spread, turning the problem into a solution!
We CAN forage in harmony with the land, don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

I didn’t know you could eat those. My grandma had some when I was growing up and we’d just squish them because it was fun as a kid but even she didn’t know you could eat them. The birds loved them.
