calisthenics makes u 100x stronger than a gym worker. reason why is because calisthenics requires u to work the core and when u strengthen your core you push energy into all parts of your body building the WHOLE body as a unit instead of working each muscle separately. when u work individual parts of your body u lose strength afterwards which is why your muscles get wobbly after a workout. remember to work on your cores. it helps strengthen the subconcious mind and keeps u in the present moment.
