A Big mistake that’s hampering your progress!!⬇️

✅Especially those who prefer to study at night, a big no. Please understand that we’re a part of nature and nature is designed to restore, reset and rest during night hours and the moment our body starts misaligning with the prakrati (nature), problems starts in our body wether it’s disturbed sleep, not seeing progress in life, feeling dull and lethargic, weak memory, falling sick frequently,etc.

✅There’re number of students who have amazing study sessions and but fail to prioritize their rests afterwards.
Let me explain why sleeping between 10pm-3 am is actually important and skipping that is likely hindering your progress.

✅Neuroplasticity / learning is a two step process that
involves both deep focus AND deep relaxation.

📚When you are focused on a task, a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine is generated. One of its (many) functions is to mark the activated areas of the brain as POTENTIALLY rewiring later.
📚However, the actual rewiring of those neurons happens in states of deep relaxation which is typically the night after you learn new material.

✅In other words, if you study hard you release a lot of those neurotransmitters, but what good is it if you are not optimizing the second half of the process?

🌸Prioritize both parts equally and don’t underestimate your sleep for better learning.
