- rapped
-gambling addiction
-smoking addiction
-alcohol addiction
-prescription drugs
-diagnosed with suicidal depression, anxiety, couldn't face reality +
Overcame this to being extremely happy

I live a life of service to others because it’s MY choice not because it’s imposed on me.
Guilt is a horrible way to live one’s life and I did it until I became a senior citizen a couple of years ago…PLEASE do not wait that long to live a fine life of your own.
Of course that necessarily means that we don’t squander our time on foolish or self centered pursuits, that is a sure recipe for depression and loneliness.

I found most men are living the obligated life in our society. It’s heart broken for me to see this because since I was a little girl I always thought of men as a free bird vs. women as a caged bird. However, now I’ve grown up and my view of men as a caged bird more than women. This is just how I see base on my experiences not through any studies. I hope everyone chooses a life of a free bird. Namaste and✌️
