Why not take one of the lots that are empty somewhere in the city and let the vendors rock in that space. Get them all licensed.

The bridge is 156 years old and made of bricks. Its a national monument. It causes too much traffic and no safety and no sanitation. Sell somewhere else. Sell close near the bridge if you have a license. Selling this way is like a 3rd world country.
