Got off my lazy butt back in September of '23 at 330. Today 210 having added 15-18lbs of muscle. A lot of Doc's information has helped me tremendously. 👍🏻

I did that once. Lost 50 pounds. My doctor LOVED all of my blood work, blood pressure, and heart rate. My resting heart rate got down to 39 bps. (I’m a runner)

A college professor once put himself in a calorie deficit eating only Twinkies for I don't remember how long, but afterwards all him markers had improved

I’m a 43M. Past 6 months I’ve dramatically downsized from 235 to 168. Estimated numbers are 28lbs of muscle and 39lbs of fat. Got off gear, fully controlled macros, stayed in caloric deficit (adjusted during plateaus), raised caloric expenditure. I haven’t felt this good since my teens. Everything including hormones and all balanced out. Best part of being in a good BMi is cognitive function and sexual drive. I feel like it reversed back to teenage operative function.

Got back into training and fitness about 4 months ago after over 5 years off, getting lazy, fat, and weak. Dropped over 35lbs, gained lean mass while also increasing my strength, power, and endurance. Functional fitness. Functional strength. Functional power. Train hard. Train right. Train smart. Eat right. Rest right. Get results. Keep on rockin'! 🤘

I was 280, down to 180, and although i didn't have any extremely bad health indicator (besides the weight, lol) they were in the limit of normality, but now every health indicator is better, and quality of life way better, didn't do any exotic diet or exercise protocol, just calorie deficit, more protein than before, and hitting gym consistently

Love this take, was a previous med student who now develops drugs as a pharmaceutical chemist. Whether a drug/trt are included or not people need to separate the habits from the drug. Plenty people use medication like a patch in a sinking ship to support and extend unhealthy behaviors, the root of all improvement in numbers long term ultimately comes down to habits

I did that with 2-a-days. Lost 40 in 3 months while watching my caloric intake. It’s very do-able.

There is science behind the red light and some of these other modalities, but I agree that nothing beats good ole hard work and a good diet.

I did the opposite. 145 - 185 in ~3 years from eating properly and exercising. Never felt better.

I’m looking to get back to the gym soon following some health issues and a hospital stay. I’ve discovered Dr Mike during this time and I’m loving his simplistic and common sense approach in these videos so far.

I am perpetually amazed at how the vast majority of my fellow Americans have the difficulties of losing weight instead of gaining weight, like myself. It took me 7 years to put on 10lbs of muscle. I am 33 years old at 129lbs, 5' 7in, half Okinawan/European decent. Hopefully, I can add another 5lb before I dien naturally. Good luck to all who wish to Master their Body/Mind/Spirit and transform into the Being they were always meant to Be.

I lost 60lbs in 4 months and I’m still going. Started at 360 and I’m at 300lbs right now. I did it all with good diet and consistency in the gym for 5-6 days a week. It definitely doable but Dana is on trt. I just wish he was more open about it so he doesn’t perpetuate this unrealistic cycle. Can you do what Dana did naturally? Yes you can but will you? Statistics say absolutely not 30-40% of males over 45 are over weight. I would love to see the results of giving every male over 40 trt I bet those numbers would change.

Over the course of about 2 years I stripped off 63 lbs and 35 years. Chronologically I'm 62. I feel GREAT! And am STRONG again 💪 🙂 😊 I used to weigh 248 lbs and now 185. I watch the Doc a lot. Thanks Doc! 😊 I dont look 9 months pregnant anymore too. My large shirts now contain a 6 pack I never had before and decent pecs 😂👍 The balance of a kungfu master agai
