I have 4 herniated discs and my therapist recommended exactly this, as you push the ground with your hands and push your hips up, more and more with each breath, I can actually feel how my spine really grows and stretches, which helps a lot with pain and to recover. I love standing there for about 2 minutes, I stop my practice about 4 - times to do this, and it is fantastic for people sitting a lot or in general for spine health. Thank you for the graphic example, that is BRILLIANT !
