THANK YOU FOR THIS ā¤. Will be researching all the other videos. This happened to me my last two dyes and I don't know why š. I have been box dying for years. I just want the same brunette I have always been but maybe its the grey hair that is looking lighter??? So thank you, I will studying all your videos. Hairdressers are just too expensive. WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. But you cant have champagne taste on a beer budget

Well hang on- is it just me? When I colour my hair with semi permanent, when the colour washes out my hair is lighter, permanently. So, I colour with a shade close to my natural colour, which has grey in, but it's only good for a couple weeks then it's bleached looking. Taking B12 has helped my grey though :)

Would it not just be easier just too say that āartificial colourāsā which these āboxedā colourās happen too be, may darker oneās hair BUT they will actually NOT lighten any of the hair that has already been āartificially colouredā too a darker shade than the newly desired lighter colour choice. Too achieve a lighter look, one really needās to have this āartificial colourā removed from oneās hair preferably carried out by a professional, as you imagine trying too do this alone can definitely lead too very unwanted colour result & can even lead to the very worse case scenario happening where one may end up having a āchemical haircutā that being the actual hair itself will definitely break off at the location of exactly where the extreme chemical damage had occurred.
Been in the industry since 1985, with the past 25+yrs in the educational sector of the industry professionally with both theory & practical knowledge of both sideās of the industry itself.
