I had 2 surgeries on my wrist and a carpal tunnel procedure done (injury from an accident), I love yoga but it’s hell on my wrist, is it accepted to use a fist instead planting the hand down on the floor? Sometime I’ll close my hand because of the pain and numbness from the extension.
