By leaving that zone we create a new moment, complete with experiences. These teach us new skills and give new knowledge, which in turn changes our perspective on the old. This means a growing into a new you with an increased comfort zone, so the next step is always leave the comfort zone.

There is no growth if there isnt suffering. For me, Ive found it easy to live happily by living for moments in my life. finding the happiness in simple things is a wonderful thing and in that you can go through all life's hardships and smile because you know you are going to grow from it and move on to the next.
