The wedding thing is a funny difference between mormons and catholics. To get married in a catholic church one or both of you has to be a catholic, and both be "eligible to marry" (they have rules about divorce/annulment), but any one can attend.
To get married in the mormon temple simply being mormon is not enough. You have to be a "worthy" mormon (which includes keeping current on donating 10% of your income) ... and no one can attend unless they are also mormon AND "worthy" as well. It's like a church inside a church.
So catholics won't do your wedding if you are not catholic enough (but they won't tell you who can and can't come), and mormons won't let mormons below a certain level of activity get married ... or even watch a wedding. Sheesh.

Dude literally hasn't read the old testament haha. It's a sealing through his priesthood power that allows a marriage to last for time and all eternity. The comment of does God really require certain real estate? Has God not required special things to be performed in sacred places? Arc of the covenant, temple priest performing certain ordinances only in the holy of holy only by certain individuals that were temple worthy? This man acts like this is new and hasn't existed from the beginning

You should not say if there is a god and then say that you know what God would do. There is a God. God actually do tear up families. He comes to separate the wheat from the tares, the sheep from the goats. He comes to put a daughter against her mother and a son against his father.

Its really upsetting how religion takes us from God and causes people to question Gods existence. Religion stems from Darkness and does not get to define God. Everything good and beautiful in this world comes from God.
