Yeah, Horse is pretty common in France to, with shops that JUST sell that. That wouldn't fly in America as we are such a horse culture, it'd be like eating a pet for a lot of people. (I wouldn't have a problem eating horse though, but like I wouldn't eat a dog- though I know plenty of cultures who do)
