Eating better and learning more about how to give my body the nutrients to build and regain mobility is the journey that makes me more proud of myself and I feel better overall not giving up on my skeletal… I believe in her cuz my body keeps improving through the pain, and as I eat and supplement according to my osteo surgeon, with earth’s healing properties such as tumeric latte’s and ginger along with bones soups and such I am feeling less pain. I take Serrapeptase on an empty stomach in the early morning and it has help my hip joints loosen with less pain and bed yoga has been helping me immensely
I am ready to get back outside and walk 20 mins… I am no longer using a cane to walk. I rest my body and sit wayyyy less now. My sciatic you know 🤦🏾♀️ that thing is more painful than having a cracked cartilage in my left hip.
I thank God for ppl like you, helping mankind heal is a beautiful thing Fam so thank a bunch ❤🙏🏾♥️
