Why didn't the person with a camera stop? There was definitely way more than enough time and the roads are very wet so you know speeding is probably not the grandest of ideas. But that red car is very visible from a pretty decent distance away.

tbh i don't think camera user is at fault, they had no signal, were facing the other way, and still pulled out in front of him. no matter what the camera man had the right of way, but yeah he could've stopped but doesn't put him at fault.
