First time I woke up from surgery anesthetics I was seeing Wolfenstein looking monsters. Was still under the effects of it until one of nazi looking 2d monsters told me, in a voice that sounded like a middle aged overworked nurse, that if I didn't calm down they'd have to restrain me in the bed. Took the monster's advice and went back to sleep.
