I recently found out I have high blood pressure and I'm on strict dietary limitations. At first I was overwhelmed, but then I used chat gpt and it can suggest multiple tailored meals. If I don't see any I like I ask for more. Now it's easy to keep my sodium intake low while still eating varied quick meals with little clean up. I usually have it output in bullet point and it's much faster than scanning multiple sites and pouring through ads and links to find something. It's been an amazing tool for finally eating healthy!

There are ChatGPT checkers out there so if you are a student, make sure not to use what it output without modifying it.

I’ve been doing this for a couple of days and it’s great. I only have one problem. Sometimes it gets stuck and says “let me know if you need anything else” and I have to prompt it again to continue, and then when we do this kind of things sometimes it’ll forget or mess up the instructions or repeat.
I still have to learn how to learn with ChatGPT😂

Godamn is this a good channel. Thanks again Jeff, I really appreciate the lack of "fluff" "jokes" "bits" "clickbait", etc It seems like every youtuber is trying to be a comedian or an influencer, i keep trying other channels and all i get is corny jokes or "corporate drama" Great stuff dude, it really is.
