The Last Wish dismantles every narrative Hollywood has used in the last 10 years to say that people don't want evil villains, don't want movies without pandering messages, and don't want good 2D looking animation. It was a master class in filmmaking and just shy of a 10/10 classic.

I feel like there is an error in this video.
Animating on 1's would avoid stutter as it's a frame shift for every movie frame. 24fps.
Animating on 2's is what gives the stuttery look and so might need motion blur? 12fps.
Maybe I don't understand something crucial here, but it feels like 1's and 2's were mixed up here. If that isn't the case, then a better explanation would be nice.
