I’m ND from environmental factors, CPTSD so bad it changed my brain when I was a toddler. I’ve had a lot of work to do to understand myself and fix my relationships. Neurodivergence from environment has a lot of steps required where you take accountability for how you effect others. I feel that other types of ND infantalize subjects so you don’t feel empowered to grow, you just expect others to accommodate you. Accommodation is necessary and comes from empathy we deserve, but we have to make ourselves learn what we need to in order to have functional relationships.
