"The most important piece of art that I've ever created" This right here. This is what's primarily wrong with the industry nowadays. They take an already existing brand/IP, try to make something with it to then say how creative they've been. You literally took an already existing universe and sprinkled your own idealism and ideology all over it, that's not being creative, that's not art. If I took the Mona Lisa and drew her, with a sharpie, a set of thick eyebrows, mustache and beard and put my signature on the bottom, that does not constitute as "Art", that is not original, and is certainly worthy of any praise. That is me pathetically trying to use somebody else's hardwork to make a name for myself because of my lack of creativity, talent and passion to the point where I have to rely on dying trends and propaganda just to make it standout because, otherwise, people wouldn't even be talking about it. All this stuff being talked about, is not even because the show is good, it's because of how poorly made it is and how horribly it's been promoted, but because your trying to milk a dead cow. All your getting is rot out of those utters! Rot infused with the ideas of an untalented, egotistical, and even immature woman who can't write or direct to save her life.
