My travels today took in my usual monthly supply run route, but nothing was usual. More land for sale, new realtor, I'm not familiar with in these parts . He had big signs. Terrain has drastically changed hard to recognize the familiar. Everyone super nice but learned employer's instructing to avoid conflict, i.e. any conversation that could spark a party spirit.
Had a long ride home to think about it: 'the times they are a changing,' yet knowing there is nothing new under the sun. As I was departing for home a youth in a parking lot responding to my "everyone is so nice here", simply stated: No, they are like they have always been. Some are nice some are not so nice, another lady laughingly agreed with his assessment.
It reminded me of a time spoken of in Scripture a time of strong delusion where it will be easy to believe a lie, with an emphasis on those who don't love truth.

This is the exact problem we suffer from at least since the 2008 crisis. It totally prevents the weeding out of bad companies. You can draw the exact same conclusion in any other sector. It is abnormal to borrow yourself forward bc interest rates are always in a downward trajection. It is just unsustainable

This might be a shocker to some, but this doesn’t just apply to banks. When you bail people or groups of people out of the consequences of their actions, they will make the same mistakes again. The key is learning that no matter what, there is consequences. The only problem is who the consequences fall upon. If you enable your child to be a horrible person for example, maybe by not punishing them for their bad behavior, or by making excuses for their bad behavior, the person that pays the consequences isn’t you, and it isn’t your child, it’s every single person your child meets. An enabler is just as guilty as the person they’re enabling. And I for one am tired of paying the price for other people’s mistakes. If the enablers don’t realize this and fix it NOW, I will do their job for them.

They dont want the assets to go to the good actors. It's obvious.
