Simply slice a few pieces of watermelon (or fruit of choice) and freeze. Once frozen add a few spoonfuls of coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice) to the bottom of a bowl, carefully shave frozen watermelon with a grater, drizzle honey, condensed milk or toppings of choice and enjoy!

Eaten yellow watermelons my whole life in Louisiana. Never have I heard one described as tasting like honey.

I'm sorry to break it to you but you think it's sweeter because you added sugar and honey. I tried yellow watermelon grown from a farm in the middle of nowhere and it tasted just like red watermelon. The literal only difference is the color.
