I honestly don't see how anyone would truly WANT nails that are too long to do normal life things. Years ago, a Walmart cashier had probably 3 feet long nails that were curled on just her left hand and that hand was absolutely useless. I'm like ... "WHY????" ππΆβπ«οΈ Of course, to each his/her own, but dang. I can barely function with my nails 1/4 inch past my fingertip

Couple of my hacks:
1) Knuckles are the new end of your finger.
2) Never approach anything with your fingers straight out. See #1 above. Opening cabinets and car doors are my number one risky behaviors, followed closely by pulling up snug π.
Bonus hack) If you play in the dirt a lot (like I do for work), always use opaque π

I use a spoon (or my car keys) to open the can.
Then I use a binder clip to pull out my card.
As for the cleaning, I use a brush from the 5 quarter store (dollar tree). I kept hitting my nails & it would hurt so mfing bad.

Nearly every time I do a new set of nails, especially now I'm wearing them over 2 inches long and with pretty nail art, gems etc, I ALWAYS get asked "how do you wipe?" Or "how do you blow your nose/wash up/wash your hair/ have a shower?" I mean, nobody ever asked me how I did those things when I was a teenager and bit my nails, so I don't get why STRANGERS feel the need to ask such personal questions!
I just usually give 1 of 2 answers, either: "just like you", or "CAREFULLY!" ππ

When you have super long nails and you wanna clean the floors and donβt have a vacuum cleaner then use your foot or if. You have one of those regular vacuums then use that hope this helps!

As a long nail person, I also wonder how people with short nails wipe their π³οΈ. Apparently, they introduce their four fingers and the paper inside the rectum because if they went parallel instead of perpendicular, they wouldn' t wonder
