Thanks so much! You have shown in just a few minutes how I can rid myself of a constant miniscus pain if tremendous intensity with your brilliant mand manipulation on the areas just below the knee: I'm now free of pain after I can't remember how long (ages!) thank you so much for your helpful advice!
