There is such divide in opinion for saturated fats, keto group say it is healthiest and others say it raises LDL, I think people don't know for sure and depending on their choice of consumption they say it is good or bad and I wonder and you doctors are as ignorant as others because you are not taught nutrition

After studying blood test results from the doctor, it’s quite clear that managing fat has less to do with eliminating it completely and more about recognizing where I can improve my diet. Meaning it’s completely the wrong idea to say to not eat fat at all. (Pretty much impossible.) BUT, it’s super easy to get excess levels if I’m not watching

I eat foods my great grandmother was able to make and eat. She lived to be 104. She was a country woman and ate plenty of butter and fat from meat. She was smart and active til the day she died.
