I eat foods my great grandmother was able to make and eat. She lived to be 104. She was a country woman and ate plenty of butter and fat from meat. She was smart and active til the day she died.

I don't eat anything low-fat and I cook with raw virgin coconut oil. I saw an article somewhere that sugar is the culprit, not fat. Looking forward to your video.

I went carnivore about 5 months ago. I eat A LOT of saturated fat and I’ll say this, it has reversed EVERY ailment I had and it’s reversing aging. I feel better than I EVER have! If this kills me so be it!

i eat saturated fats, everyday, for the purpose of fueling my body with saturated fats. there is nothing to fear from saturated fats. it is the fat of life.

I render my own tallow and shmaltz, it makes my food taste delicious so i cook my cruciferous vegetables in it so now i eat more vegetables. Take that 20th century nutrition!

Coconut milk might be the cause of the high rate of heart disease, especially Coronary artery disease in Sri Lanka? I ever heard of it from some local people who lived on curry with a lot of coconut milk.

I am surprised we talk about this topic in 2022. To me, saturated fat does not have any health benefits, especially in a civilization as our were we eat too much saturated fat and are sedentary.

There is such divide in opinion for saturated fats, keto group say it is healthiest and others say it raises LDL, I think people don't know for sure and depending on their choice of consumption they say it is good or bad and I wonder and you doctors are as ignorant as others because you are not taught nutrition

After studying blood test results from the doctor, it’s quite clear that managing fat has less to do with eliminating it completely and more about recognizing where I can improve my diet. Meaning it’s completely the wrong idea to say to not eat fat at all. (Pretty much impossible.) BUT, it’s super easy to get excess levels if I’m not watching
