This is what I'm struggling with at the moment! Anger! I was brought up in a family where anger was seen as really bad! I've got to the stage and it's taken some work! To know that my anger isn't bad per sai, I just don't know how to soothe it, I think it's covering a lot of hurt and pain...it feels like something is shifting as before I felt quite shut down and suppressed...I don't want to feel suppressed any more....

These teachings can turn into a trap when not explained correctly. It’s not about thinking about anger but rather allowing yourself to feel and observe it (instead of indulging in it). It’s important to come to alignment with your inner self first (allowing yourself to feel angry etc) and when your being is healed (which requires to release a lot of energetic stagnations from the past and takes time), you can start growing out of these old familiar ways of being into a more empowered Self.
And it’s also worth to remember, not everyone is meant to become like the unconditionally loving Jesus! This planet is made of, and for, polarities.

humans: human nature and emotions and COMPARING and COMPETING are involved in stages of development . rasgulla: carbohydrate sugars with cell walls that break as you smash it against wall. the more you think about anger etc instead of finding something else positive to focus on the more you entrain those neural pathways to go towards the UNWANTED emotion and you remain in a lower stage of development... visit a prison and ask about thinking patterns... anger does NOT naturally transmute ESPECIALLY when you have nothing better to replace it with for you to feel you can excell... it breeds more anger and festers unless you realize it does not benefit you... has nothing to do with a fruit on any level

Someone can't cause you to be angry...the anger is already within you...do you agree? On this episode of the Mindvalley Show with @vishen, Dr. Srikumar Rao delves into the depths of human emotions. Anger, jealousy, envy—what triggers them? It's not what happens, but what's already inside. Don't miss the full episode 👉 https://youtu.be/tsBYRPHefJc
