He isn't tricking the man..... He is being Human being with a heart.... Talking as one human to another human, feeling of how to talk to people and knowing not everything needs to be resolved with violence or being an asshole.

Lol this is me. I'm the officer in the video. We had 3 calls about him on this day and this was the second call. I bought him food and took him home, then he went back out. The next time I saw him, I took him to a hospital to detox. I'll post the full videos in the comments.
