I am sure my love of iced black tea with lemon (have drank it probably 80-90% of the days I have been alive is responsible for me being more healthy relative to others. I never get sick either. Havenāt had a real illness in almost 20 years.

My issue with tea is even the popular teas include measurable amount of pesticides. So, you might want to limit the amount you drink unless it is organic.

If you have issues sleeping, tea and coffee isn't for you. The caffeine in tea and coffee have a 1/4 life after 12 hours in the body. Take a 200mg coffee at 9:00 a.m. in the morning, there's still 50mg of caffeine in the body at 9:00 pm in the evening.

For my fellow Americans, many times in America when the label says āblack teaā it is actually āred teaā. I didnāt realize this until I lived abroad and saw what true teas are.
