I suffered with debilitating social anxiety until a phycologist said to me "why do you care how you look to other people? When I realised I had no answer so why did I care my anxiety, almost, vanished! I still get the odd feeling but I'm quickly able to not give it anymore thought. The less you give shit the happier you'll be!! Worked for me anyway 😃
