I always sleep with a pillow between my knees but sometimes still have hip pain. If I stretch my legs/hips during the day and/or before bed, it helps.

I miss sleeping on my side! I now have to sleep on a wedge pillow due to acid reflux, snoring, and having whiplash 3xs.

Best thing I’ve ever done, putting a pillow between my knees prevents the nerve pain that I experience.

I have my leg pillow and electric heat pad which help to fall asleep through the pain.
