This really sounds like one of those dumb things where mfers who have the time and resources to sauna all day everyday live healthier lives because they're rich and not stressed out.

I love working out in my steam room or infrared room for minimum 45 minutes.

Great info Rhonda! I thought you just had to get 60 min a week for max benefits so I was doing 15 min 4x week, but will increase it to 20 min now.

What about a very hot steam room? I've been using it for a few years now and it's very difficult to go more than 12 minutes. There is also a sauna at my gym, but it just doesn't seem very hot so 20 minutes or more would be easy compared to the steam room

It's basically correlation not causation. People who sauna are generally well off - less stress, better diets, lead to longer lives.

I'm about to build a new shed. Going to make the end couple of feet into a sauna. Can't wait.

I do sauna 4x a week @ 190°f . I usually stay in for about 10-15min then take a 5 minute break and then finish up till I complete 20min total. 🤷‍♂️

What kind of test results is she looking at. Did they follow around a bunch of people till they died and knew which ones used the sauna and how many times a week they used it
