Competitive sports is the best way in my opinion, covers off social contact, testosterone (important for men and woman), motivation (who isn’t motivated by a bit of competition?) and more.

And there is so much more to that, right? Such as when to do that (and that differs for every person), and intensity or if you eat something before or not and these can determine if you can start to study or you may not. It might be going to be too late or you have to leave for work or something.
