Wish my allergies wouldn’t bother me if I only took 1 allergy pill a day. It recently dawned on me that I can never go hiking for a week with just a backpack just for the medication and all the sprays and ointments alone 🙈😂
Although, to be fair, even after 10 surgeries on my ankle and having a prosthetic one now, I couldn’t even hike for a hour so I can’t exactly pin this loss on me having to haul all those meds and all. Always bring an allergy kit (size beautycase/handbag) and a bag with braces and supports for several joints and other body parts due to chronic illnesses and the disability after an accident. Every time I show up at someone’s house the first times for a visit they wonder how long I plan on staying
