Once you accept that life is suffering, every day is feels great. I have adopted this saying a few years back after a loss and it has changed my perspective now I lean into the pain and discomfort to better myself

I literally needed this today. I have felt miserable for a year now and I am very hard on myself. I need to start caring for myself and accept that the pain in working out and getting up in the morning is there to push me through and showing that I’m growing. I really want to change, there’s a lot at stake.

I would argue that the middle way is the best. You have to invest in your physical health and personal relationship to maintain and strenghten them but at the same time you should have enough grace with yourself to slow down and enjoy. I don't know why I should want to prolong my life if I have to spend it working hard and bring in pain the most of the time. Sometimes, I just want to be

He’s 💯 right. I was at the gym today and wanted to quit so many times but I said not today, stocked to my chest workout and finished it strongly at the end. Fell better when I took shower and put new clothes

You have mastered the mens no makeup look. Please share what products you use. Looks like a glowy serum foundation, barely there concealer and a bit of blush and bronzer.

I agree. You need to work on being comfortable with the discomfort of hard work and discipline. The rewards are worth it!

That's actually profoundly true and terrifying. What I appreciate about you is despite the naysayers, the public ridicule you have courage of conviction and do what is best for you. Regardless of how your life as a human experiment in ageing, health and longevity turns out you will always be remembered for your contributions in that field.

What an interesting short to end on while procrastinating taking my cold shower. Everything worthwhile is found within the expanse of discomfort. Couldn’t agree more!

Pain and suffering are not one in the same. Pain is physical in nature you feel it suffering is when you anticipate pain and increase it inside your mind, so pain from certain things like injection will be same for everyone but people will suffer differently based on how big they make it inside their mind. You can't avoid pain but suffering is entirely your creation: Sadhguru
