This was a horrible explanation but in his full video he basically says you need to consume more protein. I don’t remember correctly, you can watch his full video, but something about if you’re 200 lbs consuming 185-200g of protein, it should be somethin like 205-220g. So like an extra 5-10g per meal. Basically 🤷🏻‍

you get enough amino acids from a normal diet, you dont need to supplement them with BCAA powder or anything. so no, as long as you are eating a balanced diet you arent consuming protein wrong at all

The body can only digest roughly 25 grams of protein per hour. So when you eat a 75 gram protein meal it's a complete waste. It needs to be spread out evenly through the day to maximize the protein intake.

100% of all excess protein is converted to glucose by your body. You need to eat enough to meet metabolic rates plus muscle growth (for most people this is no more than 1g per 100kg of body weight). Any extra on top of that is unnecessary and is simply broken down into sugar.
