Fsh levels don't tell you much. I tested as a young woman and I'm 50. Symptoms are there. Definitely. I don't take contraception. I take supplements. Soy, red clover, natural progesterone cream, estrogen cream, evening primrose, etc etc. Blessings 💞 Looking forward to no perio
