Honestly y’all, for me it was as simple as stretching my wrists and doing exercises that would improve flexibility and make my wrists uses to push-ups

Thank you! another way to do push ups without hurting your wrist is by using only your fingers and the muscle that connects them with the hand. Only touching with the end of the hand and having the hand straight

Oh my goodness, how I so wish I had this video/advice 8 to 9 years ago, when I was constantly doing too many push-ups for my poor little wrists trying to pass my APFT in the Army!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🪖 They still hurt to this day, although I haven't done many push-ups in a very long time... I am glad to know that stretching my wrists gently is solid advice, and will probably start doing so again... 😊 Thank you for this wonderful video (and the cute kitten

Great advice! If you dont have a couple of dumbells you can also put some kind of soft support below your knuckles and do the pushups on them, that also works perfectly, but you need something to cushion your hand really well.

thanks so much. The thing that worries me is that last year I could do them no problem, I did 17 in a row as my pb at one point. But now I can't even do 10 without my wrists hurting.
