My grandma made it to 95 didn’t do anything special, but she didn’t smoke. She did have a beer once in awhile lol She ate ok, but did snack on sweets from time to time. Was not super thin but not heavy either. All her sisters lived into their nineties too, maybe in the genes 🧬

No I dont! I used to take care of elderly residents and I dont want to reach an age where someone else has to take me to the toilet, bathe me, and change my diapers!

In June I was able to go to Centurion birthday party, a 100 years old, and he is in his right mind and dancing at his party , it was really a beautiful thing to witness 🎉!!

I guess that would depend... Would I be in decent health & relative independence? I think it would be cool to see how our friends & family expand through the generations. But, I would want to be helpful & not overly burdensome

We’re in Vegas too. My husband and myself would love to come by to meet and say hello, if your schedule allows. How exciting to get to see the sites and have some fun. Hope you find some yummy restaurants and maybe a couple of shows.

I am a real doctor as well. I am 67 years old and in reasonable health and still work 3 days a week..no comorbidities and walk every day. I have absolutely no desire to live to be 100 years. When it is time, God will take me home.
